
Banana Choc Muffins
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups of wholemeal plain flour
1 1/4 cups of wholemeal seld raising flour
1 teaspoon bi-carbonate of soda
1/2 cup of Capilano honey
1/2 cup of choc-chips (and/or sultanas, dates, nuts)
2 large bananas, mashed
1 cup of milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons of melted butter

Combine flours, bi-carb and choc-chip in a large mixing bowl.

Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients then add banana, melted butter, eggs, honey and milk. Mix until combined, do not over mix.

Divide mixture out into greased muffin tins and bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.

Serve warm with butter.
