
Banana-Passion Pots
This recipe, crafted by Practicing Dietitian, Kate Save, provides a source of Calcium, Vitamin C and Dietary Fibre, plus it is high in protein too and contains essential fatty acids from walnuts and chia seeds.
Ingredients
1 pound of Greek yoghurt
2 bananas, large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 passionfruit, large, (or 4Tb tinned passionfruit pulp)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup toasted muesli (can be substituted with Gluten Free Muesli if desired)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon of Capilano honey
2 bananas, large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 passionfruit, large, (or 4Tb tinned passionfruit pulp)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup toasted muesli (can be substituted with Gluten Free Muesli if desired)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon of Capilano honey

In a medium bowl, mix chia seeds and vanilla extract with yoghurt together.

In a small bowl, place chopped banana and stir through the passionfruit.

In another small bowl, mix honey, cinnamon and toasted muesli together.

Evenly divide the banana/passionfruit into 4 glasses, then layer with yoghurt mixture and finally top with the walnut and honey crumble.
