Enjoy them as a breakfast on the go, healthy afternoon snack, or as a satisfying poolside drink. We’ve added Capilano Authentic Manuka Honey to each blend – making them extra nourishing (and of course, tasty).

Manuka Triple Berry Smoothie

Is there anything more refreshing than a zingy berry smoothie for brekky? Colourful, brightly flavoured and harnessing the properties of sweet Manuka honey - this blend is a staple for warm mornings.

Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1¼ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Generous squeeze of Capilano Authentic Manuka Honey MGO30+
  • Protein powder of choice (optional)
METHOD
  1.  Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Mint Manuka Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup grated beetroot
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup mint leaves

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
METHOD

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut drinking milk
  • Generous squeeze of Capilano Authentic Manuka Honey MGO30+
  • 2 passionfruit
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
METHOD
  1. Add pineapple, banana, mango, coconut yoghurt, coconut milk and Manuka honey to
    a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into cups. Garnish with passionfruit and coconut flakes.
