We have three words for you guys... HONEY BUTTER TOAST ⁠
A big thanks to kitchen icon michaelfinch for showing us what dessert dreams are made of. ⁠
Here’s the recipe 👇👇 #HoneyLovers ⁠
⁠
Ingredients:⁠
2 slices thick-cut butter brioche⁠
5 tbsp butter, softened⁠
¼ cup brown sugar⁠
2 tbsp honey⁠
Pinch of salt⁠
Caramel sauce, optional⁠

Method:⁠
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.⁠
2. Slice the crusts off all sides of the bread.⁠
3. In a bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar, then stir in the honey and salt.⁠
4. Coat every side of the bread generously with the butter mixture.⁠
5. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the bread and bake the other side for 8-9 minutes.⁠ Heads up – they’ll be super soft and hot straight out of the oven!
6. Let them cool on a rack for 15-20 minutes so they crisp up just right. (Patience is key, or you’ll end up with bricks, not toast.)⁠
7. Optional but encouraged: Drizzle with caramel sauce, top with a scoop of ice cream, and finish with an extra pour of Capilano Pure Honey.
